Sage HR system used by College did not have the flexibility to deal with some of the quirks of Academic performance reviews.

Long term Academic planning required taking a current paper based system and using administrators time to parse the results into spreadsheets for analysis

Which results in administrators having to view potentially confidential performance review data. The system should streamline this workflow, ensuring only those that should see the data have access.

Reporting should be automated and anonymised, workflow should be automated guiding both the heads of department and the reviewee through the process.

Data should then be exported as a PDF and attached to the users HR account in Sage.
