Incorporated Guild of Cheltenham Ladies' College.
Co-Brand site for The Cheltenham Ladies' College Guild allowing alumni to see what is happening in the community.
Brief
Managed by a separate guild team with its own unique identity, should feel familiar to the main College identity, while being as easy to edit and maintain.
Site should promote what is happening in guild around the world, and provide seamless integration with Guild alumni portal (Blackbaud)
Infrastructure
Created in 2018, development started life from a foundation of Silverstripe CMS using the College's main site as a core template, further details on how the core template was created are available on the Core Project page.
Guild branding was applied to the core template to allow Guild staff the ability to create pages with little experience or training.
Integrations for Blackbaud allowed the Guild community to create an account and share information with the wider community.
Custom CSS was written for the Blackbaud CMS to ensure the look and feel was identical from the Guild site to the Hosted Blackbaud portal.
Additional CSS templates were created for Blackbauds NXT system to allow the guild team to send targeted news emails in the same style as the news templates on the Guild website.
Email templates followed identical style to the Core Mailchimp templates, so Ex students were already familiar with the email format.
