Pathways was envisaged by the Head of Sixthform at the Cheltenham Ladies' College, The system acts as an online learning diary for the students.
It guides students to ensure they have a balanced learning profile by ensuring they complete a pie chart with activities targeted at, Skills & Creativity, Leadership & Participation, Intellectual Curiosity, Communication, Productive Exchange of Ideas and Independence.
